At KagazTales, we take pride in creating handcrafted greeting cards that are made with love and care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will replace it or provide a full refund.
  • Quality Issues: If the product does not meet our quality standards, we will provide a refund or replacement.

Refund Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your refund request.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@kagaztales.com or call us at +91 9819 017637 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos if applicable.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
  4. Ship the product back to us using the address provided in the RA email. Please use a trackable shipping method.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.
  • Customized or personalized products (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Products returned without a Return Authorization number.
  • Products that are returned in unsellable condition.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, or quality issue), we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
